About this role

Dein Tätigkeitsfeld Im Rahmen von Projekten unterstützt Du die Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden im Innendienst oder im Außendienst: Planung und Installation von Netzwerken und Serversystemen Installation und Konfiguration von Routern, VPN, Firewall-Systemen sowie Softwarelösungen Implementierung von MDM-Lösungen Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen und Fehlerbehebung Zudem bist Du im Tagesgeschäft für IT-Support unserer (Groß-)Kunden zuständig: 2nd und 3rd Level Kundensupport , per Fernwartung als auch teilweise persönlich vor Ort Telefonische Behebung technischer Störungen Monitoring der Kundensysteme und Fehlerbehebung Netzwerk- und Systemadministration für Windows Server und Clients Administration von Benutzerkonten in Active Directory und Microsoft Azure Dein Profil A…
