About Newcode We build AI tools for firms in legal and professional services: software people use for real work, not demos. We started a few months ago and already have paying clients who rely on what we ship. The team is small and moving fast. The role You'll own the infrastructure our AI products run on. That means the cloud environments, the deployment pipelines, and the Kubernetes setup that keeps everything serving reliably under load. A lot of the interesting work is specific to running AI in production: serving models cost-effectively, scaling for uneven demand, and keeping confidential client data properly isolated in a multi-tenant setup.
