About this role
This is a great opportunity to join our Digital Communications team, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of customer communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) . As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and delivering customer communications at scale, with a particular focus on email and automation. Alongside this, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising the platform, improving existing processes, and ensuring our communications are delivered efficiently and accurately.
