Som rekryterande konsultchef kombinerar du rekrytering, ledarskap, relationsbyggande och affär. Det här är mer än en traditionell rekryterarroll. Du hittar våra framtida kollegor, bygger relationer med kandidater och kunder och är samtidigt chef och coach för våra konsulter. Du får stort eget ansvar, möjlighet att påverka och en varierad vardag. Tjänsten är ett föräldravikariat på cirka ett år , med goda möjligheter till förlängning. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team av kundansvariga och rekryterande konsultchefer. Vi tror på nära samarbete, korta beslutsvägar och högt i tak.…
