NewsNation is seeking an experienced Steadicam Operator to support live news, political programming, and special event coverage from our Washington, DC Bureau. This role is responsible for capturing dynamic, visually compelling shots that enhance storytelling and elevate the viewer experience across live and recorded productions. What You'll Do Operate Steadicam systems for live and recorded news, political shows, and special event coverage. Collaborate with Directors, Producers, and Talent to execute creative and effective camera shots. Perform smooth, accurate camera movements that enhance storytelling and production value. Assist with camera blocking, rehearsals, and production planning as needed. Maintain Steadicam equipment and ensure all systems are production-ready.…
