Job Description: The Director of Software Engineering will lead a portfolio of healthcare interoperability products and help advance the shared services capabilities that support NextGen’s long-term technology strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle for a large API solution and multiple interoperability products and platforms across a variety of technology stacks and deployment models. The Director will drive engineering strategy, operational performance, and team development in a matrixed environment while continuously improving developer experience, advancing AI-native engineering practices, and enabling scalable interoperability solutions across the enterprise.…
