About this role

Job Description: Project Phoenix is Nextpower’s multi-year global ERP transformation spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Operations. The Change Management Manager is accountable for the end-to-end change strategy and execution for Phoenix, ensuring employees across regions and functions understand, adopt, and sustain new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role will design and run a structured change management approach (communications, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption measurement) in close partnership with PMO, functional workstream leads (R2R, P2C, O2C, S2P, M2D, F2P, Tax, Security & Controls), and regional leadership.…
