About Job Description As the Operations Client Partner, you will manage ongoing manufacturer database maintenance quality and scoping of change requests, reviewing new item placements and coding and leading client inquiry triage and resolution. You will directly communicate with clients and client operations support teams and collaborate with cross-functional Operations and Technology teams. Responsibilities: Scope and prototype change requests for custom databases.
