The Senior Executive, Consumer Insights (Qualitative) supports the delivery of qualitative research projects across Thailand, while contributing to broader initiatives across the APAC Qualitative Practice. This role plays a key part in executing high-quality qualitative work — including fieldwork, analysis, insight synthesis, reporting, and coordination — to help clients understand consumer behaviour and make more confident brand, innovation, and customer experience decisions. Experience or interest in Ethnography, Semiotics, Design Thinking, Behavioural Science, or Cultural Insight is highly valued and contributes to deeper, more strategic insight development.…
