About the Role The Manager, Learner Labs is a strategic leader who owns the vision, performance, and growth of Nightingale's academic support labs — including the Writing Center, Math Lab, and future learner resource programs. This is a people leadership role at its core: you'll guide a team of academic staff (including Assistant Professors), shape how learners access support, and drive measurable outcomes that connect directly to learner success and persistence.
