About this role

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The Global Compensation team function as the go-to-market arm of Compensation. This role will advise a subset of our business functions. You will work in the Global Compensation team and report directly to the Director of Compensation Consulting. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Lead Compensation Consultant who will work alongside the Global Compensation team, business-facing HR Partners, extended HR teams, and business Executives to provide comprehensive advising support for Nike’s compensation programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, navigating ambiguity, and helping leaders make informed decisions.
