WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH This role works within Nike’s Global People Solutions team and partners closely with HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Employee Relations, Business HR, and cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA. The position leads and represents the EMEA People Solutions Advisory team, ensuring exceptional day-to-day service delivery while partnering with project and program teams to implement new HR policies, processes, and experiences. The role also collaborates with global and regional People Solutions leaders to drive consistency, operational excellence, and alignment with global standards.
