About this role

Job Summary The Land Technician researches, coordinates, and administers land rights activities to ensure land agreements are accurately maintained and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. This role supports the Company's land portfolio by researching property rights, maintaining land records, preparing and recording legal documents, and administering landowner payments, lease obligations, and contractor invoices. The position works closely with landowners, county agencies, survey teams, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to support land-related projects and provide excellent customer service.
