FACTORY OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Team: Info Request Team, Operations
What you’ll own
- Track every order through the full production cycle — casting, filing, setting, polishing, rhodium, QC and share a live status update with the office team daily
- Real-time visibility on every piece. When the office asks, the answer is immediate and accurate
- Ensure every order meets its SLA. Track deadlines across all active pieces and flag anything at risk before it's too late
- Push Nivoda's orders to the front of the queue using floor relationships, get priority without creating conflict
- Coordinate with supervisors and department heads to unblock production quickly
- Coordinate with the QC team and have pieces staged and ready so inspections happen without delay…
