About this role

Do you thrive on turning complex tenders into winning proposals? Do you enjoy being the person who brings structure, pace and quality to high-stakes bids? We are looking for a Bid Manager, based in Barcelona, to take ownership of our global enterprise tender responses end to end – from qualification through to handover. Today our Sales team spends too much time on tenders; you will give them that time back. This is a customer-facing role, not a back-office coordination job. You will engage directly with enterprise customers and procurement teams, and act as the central point of control across sales, technical, legal and finance.
