Job Title Field Specialist (all genders) DXR/IGT Multimodality - Region Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein Job Description Als Field Specialist bist du – neben Wartungen, Field Change Orders und Installationen – für die Reparatur medizintechnischer Systeme im Bereich DXR/IGT Multimodality verantwortlich und hältst dabei alle relevanten Prozesse ein. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei die Kundenzufriedenheit sowie eine schnelle und wirtschaftliche Problemlösung. Dein Job: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Reparaturen und Installationen (inkl. Remote-Reparaturen, Field Change Ordern) sowie systemübergreifende Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung unter Berücksichtigung klinischer, technischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte.…
