The Assistant Manager will be a resource to the Clinic Manager, Director and Operations team for implementation and sustainability of workflows as part of the clinic leadership team. Will also be responsible for clinical work and performance management of direct reports as well as staffing, engagement and retention of staff. Direct reports include front-end and clinical support staff. Will develop a communication tool to ensure all workflows, directions and processes are documented, shared with staff and adhered to.…
