About this role
We are seeking a temporary Business Analyst to define, align, and translate requirements for a two-way synchronization between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. The assignment is focused on requirements and tradeoffs. Different stakeholders have legitimate, but sometimes competing, priorities. The main challenge is to identify the trade-offs between these priorities, make them explicit, and support stakeholders in reaching clear, documented decisions. The Analyst will then work with architects & Tech Leads to turn these decisions into a coherent final solution design. You will bring together requirements, process considerations, technical constraints, and outstanding decisions into a clear and implementable design for the integration between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.…
