About this role

We have a great opportunity for a Experienced Project Delivery Lead – Global Job Framework in the NN Group HR Reward team with a focus on our NN Insurance International Business Units. The Reward team is looking for talent that acts as trusted experienced expert on securing the delivery of the implementation of our newly developed NN Global Job Framework. The project is anticipated to run until the end of 2026, and requires flexibility in terms of availability. Initially most likely ca 16-32 hrs per week, and workload expected to decrease towards end of the year.
