About this role

Design and deliver learning programs that strengthen the capabilities and performance of our Sales teams. Job description: Identify training needs in collaboration with Sales leaders and key stakeholders. Design and deliver in-person, virtual and blended sales training programs. Develop engaging learning material, including presentations, videos, case studies and job aids. Handle digital platforms and tools used in sales training activities and provide guidance and training to Sales teams on their use. Coordinate the onboarding and training of new Sales colleagues.
