Position Summary: The Production Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager. T he Production Manager is responsible for p roviding plant - wide leadership to supervis ors within th is position ’ s areas of responsibility and providing support and directi on to hourly employees in the manufacturing and/or assembly area(s). This role plans, assigns work, monitors adherence to policies and procedures, coaches and mentors the team, and recommends improvements in production processes and working conditions.
