Change Management Senior Specialist

Summary Works as part of a team to support change management efforts, owns a portion of the change plan. Focuses on the people side of change, including efforts that involve changes to people, processes, technology and/or culture, to realize business outcomes and benefits. Creates an integrated approach and supports change management, communication, and training plans that minimize employee/field resistance and maximize engagement to drive adoption of change. Develops plans to navigate change in coordination with leaders, stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams.
