About this role
Novakid is an international English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards (Novakid teachers are from the US, UK and other countries). Moreover, we are an advanced IT company of 400+ professionals. We are looking for a Client support manager with knowledge of Romanian at the advanced / bi-lingual level. Duties: Support users in Romanian, solving problems that arise during the lesson Requirements Knowledge of Romanian - Advanced (at least C1/C2); Knowledge of English (at least B2, C1+ is better); Experience of working in support welcome; Experienced PC user; Responsibility and care; Multi-tasking.…
