Job Description Summary The Executive Director, HEOR BSI is accountable for end-to-end HEOR capability leadership across BSI (Hyderabad & Dublin), enabling IV&A to deliver on its 2030 ambition through evidence shaping, launch excellence and value maintenance. The role leads a large, multi-disciplinary organization (~80 FTEs) and acts as a strategic partner to the IV&A LT and International HEOR & HTA Leadership Team, shaping access strategies, influencing critical business decisions, and elevating BSI from a delivery organization to a strategic, enterprise-first capability hub.…
