Job Description Summary The Change and Communication Management Consultant supports the execution of International change, communication, and training activities for the CRM of the Future program. Working under the guidance of the Change and Communication Lead or Training & adoption Lead, this role helps ensure smooth adoption of the new Salesforce-based CRM across 90+ markets by delivering high-quality change deliverables, stakeholder support, and readiness activities.
