The role focuses on building external partnerships, generating actionable insights from clinical practice, translating emerging science into meaningful dialogue, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. Operating as a field-based role, the MSL bridges external scientific needs with internal medical priorities to improve patient outcomes and reinforce Novartis’ reputation for scientific excellence.
