Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: RN PCCU - Medical ICU (Open Heart Surgery and Neurosurgery Pods) Location: Elmhurst, IL Full-Time: 36 hours/week Hours: 7am – 7:30pm - with every 3rd weekend and rotating holiday track Required Travel: May float to other adult inpatient units as needed What you will do: Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes. Evaluates patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes, systematically revises diagnosis, interventions and expected outcomes as needed.
