Business Process Automation Analyst, Enterprise IT In today's rapidly changing world, NTU is facing unprecedented challenges in adapting its student administration processes to keep up with the ever-evolving needs and expectations of students. The Business Process Automation Analyst (a position in the Enterprise IT unit within the Centre for IT Services) is responsible for identifying, assessing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and managing automation solutions for business processes. The BPA Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and will use their knowledge of automation tools and technologies to design and implement solutions that meet those needs.…
