Key responsibilities Landing Pad Start-up Support (Core) Oversee the PIER71 Landing Pad — a structured soft-landing initiative enabling start-ups with promising technologies and clear commitment to access mentorship, fundraising, market entry, and ecosystem connectivity. Design and iterate offerings to drive start-up growth in key areas such as revenue, capital access, team, and market expansion. Analyse effectiveness of offerings against PIER71 outcomes (e.g. revenue growth, collaborations secured) and make recommendations for improvement. Community Building Maintain and evolve the start-up engagement strategy and calendar across all PIER71 initiatives; grow start-up participation in mentorship, peer learning, and ecosystem events.…
