About this role

Overview NXP’s Intellectual Property (IP) team is seeking a highly motivated intern to develop an AI-powered Copilot agent that guides inventors through the structured process of creating high-quality invention disclosures. The project focuses on translating NXP’s invention disclosure templates and best practices into a deterministic, step-by-step AI workflow that improves clarity, completeness, and patent readiness of submitted inventions.
