About this role

Provide first-line IT support for ATIT users and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA. Monitor applications, infrastructure, alerts, and ticket queues to ensure service availability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user computing, business applications, and manufacturing systems. Support manufacturing IT environments, including MES, shopfloor systems, engineering applications, automation solutions, and tester workstations. Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve complex issues. Deliver remote support across multiple sites and countries while maintaining effective communication with users. Contribute to knowledge management through documentation, knowledge articles, and best practice sharing.…
