About this role

Responsibilities Lead and develop the GHWE KL team. Manage NPI/NTI Test Hardware projects and ensure on-time delivery. Drive project execution, risk management, and issue resolution. Manage hardware suppliers and monitor schedule, quality, cost, and performance. Lead supplier selection and sourcing activities. Coordinate with BL, GNTC, Procurement, Quality, and manufacturing sites. Oversee FTK (Full Turnkey) project deployment and execution. Ensure compliance with GHWE processes, HRS, and ARAS. Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and process optimization. Provide project status updates and support management escalations when required.
