Role Summary: Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from project initiation through production readiness. Serve as the focal point for cross-functional project execution, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business teams. Drive project schedules, risk management, and execution excellence to achieve business and customer commitments.
