About this role

Responsible to provide technical support for ATTJ TP secure environment and other SMIT Infrastructure environment. Coordination with vendors, Global teams, local site operations to perform all IT activities related to TP/SMIT infra environment w.r.t change, incident, problem, and request management. Accountable as the primary contact for all local manufacturing customer for ATTJ TP infrastructure needs. Technical Competency – Provide technical support to SMIT TP environment in the site. Manage day to day operations, technical remediations, Project requirements and other user/stake holder requirements. Knowledgeable in Compute server, Virtualization, SAN Storage and Network configuration. U nderstand the critical manufacturing applications usage of Manufacturing IT infrastructure.…
