Job Description: Duties: Perform semiconductor engineering design, development, and testing for firm products and devices in conjunction with product development for the electronic communications industry. Design, develop and deploy automation solutions for ASIC Silicon validation across process, voltage and temperature. Responsible for automating and maintaining SLT handler to ensure its sooth execution with yielding expected test results. Integrate automation systems with existing validation test infrastructure and test content. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of automated test flow execution. Collaborate with validation test engineers to collect and automate test flow to be executed across board farm and handler.…
