Payroll Supervisor - Finance - Full Time

About the Role The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for being the main point of contact for team members and department managers/timekeepers. The Supervisor will also directly handle fully processing the bi-weekly payroll cycle whenever the Payroll Manager is unable to do so. Position Responsibilities Establish and maintain employee/payroll records. Auditing timekeeping records for accuracy and conformance with established standards, posting changes in pay and tax status, processing all aspects of the payroll cycle, balancing taxable wage bases to tax deductions. Processing of bi-weekly payroll cycle from time import all the way thru to file submission. May be asked to perform payroll processing as needed while manager is on FTO or NJSICK.…
