About this role

We’re looking for an Experienced Robot Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale the next generation of automation in Controlled Environment Agriculture. You’ll work hands-on with complex robotic systems — from concept to deployment — and play a key role in making our technology smarter, faster, and more reliable. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experts across software, mechanics, electronics, and computer vision. You’ll take ownership of core software components and help guide architectural decisions as we scale our robotic platform. You’ll also mentor junior developers and bring real-world products to life — in greenhouses across Europe and beyond. You report to the Head of Engineering and will be instrumental in both technical development and system-level thinking.…
