Du entwickelst unsere People- und Talentstrategie weiter und stellst sicher, dass wir die besten Talente gewinnen, entwickeln und langfristig binden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam und dem C-Level gestaltest du unsere HR-Strukturen, Prozesse und Kultur aktiv mit.
