EASTERN TITLE DIVISION Job Description: Our Senior Examiner is responsible for examining public records and legal documents to determine the legal status of property titles. The Senior Examiner conducts thorough examinations of property titles to identify any defects, restrictions, or encumbrances. They ensure the accuracy and completeness of title documents and provide detailed reports on their findings. Responsibilities may include: Verify all property and tax information obtained is complete and correctly reported. Verify all necessary maps and additional documents for customer packages are made for each search. Confirm that starter base is appropriate for run start date, and all subsequent information is included in search package.…
