Der Plant Management Assistant unterstützt die effektive Umsetzung von Initiativen im Auftrag der Werksleitung. Die Position legt einen starken Schwerpunkt auf die Koordination, Nachverfolgung und Umsetzung von werkbezogenen Themen und Verbesserungsinitiativen, die nicht immer technischer Natur sind. Die Rolle stellt eine strukturierte Durchführung, Transparenz sowie die Kontrolle des Fortschritts von operativen und bereichsübergreifenden Maßnahmen sicher. Requirements Aufgabenbereich Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Werksinitiativen und Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
