About this role

Wen wir suchen: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für internationale Commercial / Digital / Tech / Data Due Diligence Berichte für Buy- und Sell-Side Transaktionen. Du führst Analysen von (digitalen) Geschäftsmodellen für maßgebende Private Equity-Kunden im internationalen Kontext durch. Du entwickelst eine Equity Story und (digitale) Wertschöpfungsinitiativen für Portfoliounternehmen unserer Private Equity Kunden. Du identifizierst den Beratungsbedarf unserer Kunden, strukturierst die Problemstellung und entwickelst eigenständige Lösungen. Du analysierst die strategischen Auswirkungen von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) auf Geschäftsmodelle und deren Anwendungsfelder. Du leitest Projektteams und koordinierst mit externen Stakeholdern.…
