Wen wir suchen: Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Implementierung und Anpassung innovativer CRM-Systeme wie Salesforce, HubSpot oder Emarsys und gestaltest wirkungsvolle Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen mit. Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse im Detail, dokumentierst deine Erkenntnisse und treibst dadurch operative Exzellenz voran. Du erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen, ansprechende Schulungsunterlagen und unterstützt interaktive Workshops, die unsere Kund:innen nachhaltig befähigen. Du bist aktiv in spannenden Kundenprojekten eingebunden, konfigurierst CRM-Systeme wie Salesforce, HubSpot oder Emarsys und lieferst Lösungen mit echtem Mehrwert.…
