Job Description Summary The Production Operator is responsible for the processing, quality control, and delivery of legal records through Array's production workflow. This role ensures that documents are accurately reviewed, prepared, and delivered to clients in accordance with established quality standards and turnaround requirements. Responsibilities Perform quality control of incoming records, confirming accurate intake and verifying document completeness and integrity. Prepare records for processing by organizing files, correcting document flow, and adding required placeholders or identifiers.
