Job Description Summary The Service of Process role is responsible for managing the processing, dispatching, tracking, and completion of legal document service requests. This position receives orders from Client Services, assigns them to process servers, monitors progress, and ensures accurate communication and documentation for both successful and unsuccessful serves. Successful completion results in a Proof of Service, while unsuccessful attempts require a Non-Service Affidavit and follow-up before billing.…
