About this role
BASIC FUNCTION: Effectively manage and direct the operations of the plant day to day production department. Responsible for high quality of finished products as well as high performance of production equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain safe working conditions and practices to achieve a zero (0) lost time injury record within the area of responsibility. Perform work duties in accordance with QSHE Manual procedures. Provide leadership and employee training to maintain high professional standards within the department. Conducts performance appraisals for subordinates and provides fair and consistent disciplinary practices. Report accurate payroll and related employee information to the Human Resources department.…
