KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Plan-2-Steer process design & improvement Support the review of current Plan- 2 -Steer process design or dedicated sub-processes and flag areas for improvement Implement and operationalize improvement measures in close alignment with the OS&S Plan- 2 -Steer delivery teams Support process standardization and alignment across the end- 2 -end service scope, spanning across Omya's headquarter and Omya's business units Plan-2-Steer governance and compliance Support the development and implementation of KPIs to ensure effective process management (steering dimensions: efficiency, compliance, quality) Apply and maintain process standards, templates, and control matrices Contribute to the implementation of internal controls in line with Omya's Group ICS guidance and frameworks…
