Service Manager Platform Security

Key Accountabilities Drive the implementation and operation of security controls for on-premises and cloud infrastructure platforms in line with defined policies and standards / under guidance of the central security team Execute security-related operational tasks such as system hardening, configuration checks and vulnerability remediation following established procedures. Assist in administering identity and access management controls, including role assignments and privileged access under supervision. Support security monitoring activities by reviewing alerts, logs, and findings and escalating issues as required.
