About this role
The Data Collections Specialist will make non-sales calls to firm prospects with the goal of collecting data about the company. The primary goal is collecting the expiration date (x-date) of the company’s current professional liability insurance. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours to start. Your Impact: Collect insurance policy “X” dates and other pertinent prospect information including correct address, correct contact, fax number, number insured and an e-mail address. Use database for marking responses and activities in telemarketing campaign and for generating follow-up activities for the appropriate salesperson. Make 2 calls (one week apart) per prospect record (or until contact is made).…
