We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our 3rd shift (Monday-Friday 10p-6a) warehouse team in a fast-paced, cold storage environment. This role is responsible for driving performance across inbound and outbound operations, developing frontline employees, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and making a measurable impact. Manage the warehouse’s operational activities including budgeting, labor scheduling, space and equipment, safety and security, housekeeping, and sanitation.
