OneTogether Solutions is a majority Native owned administrative services organization headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. OTS works alongside federally recognized Indian tribes to develop and operate healthcare programs, providing the administrative, financial, compliance, and operational infrastructure that allows Tribally owned clinics to deliver care on their own terms. OTS currently supports clinic sites across California and Washington. Our model is built on the belief that Indigenous communities deserve whole-person, culturally grounded care delivered with excellence — and that the infrastructure supporting that care must be equally strong.
